We have instigated ambitious plans to provide the most comprehensive mobile therapy based services to the workplace, to the home, and to events. We have taken the difficult path to ensure that our services are comprehensive in terms of their quality, geographical scope and mass market appeal. We have listed below a few special uniques which we feel add value to our customers and network of professional therapists.

Our Care Towards Therapists

We take a great deal of care to ensure the therapists in our network feel that their interests are cared for. Where-ever possible we try to ensure their traveling to bookings is limited to their local area, we ensure they are paid within days of submitting their invoice and we are happy for therapists to keep any individual customers for themselves who they may acquire through their work with our company. We try to provide as much information as possible regarding bookings and have provided a sophisticated log-in system where therapists can track bookings and their invoice payments. Our hope is that the care we show towards therapists is reflected in the quality of relationships they build with our customers.

The Size and Geographical Coverage of Our Therapist Network

With a network of over 1,000 professional mobile therapists across the UK (with the exception of Northern Ireland) we are able to serve business at the head office level who wish to deploy multi-location wellbeing services with the minimum of fuss. The size of our network and our equitable approach to the therapists means that if a therapist is unable to attend an event at the last minute we can usually find a quick replacement, ensuring everything goes ahead as planned.

Our Regional Representatives

Our bold aim was to be able to provide a nationwide service while maintaining local standards of customer service. We've achieved this through a team of 11 regional representatives who manage their local network of therapists and provide their support and management to bookings in their area.

Our IT Booking System

All bookings are tracked and managed via an IT system which can be accessed online by our regional representatives. This means that the status of bookings and any actions which need to be taken are immediately viewable by everyone involved in the organisation. Effective event organisation involves the coordination of people, delivery of information, and communication at every step. With our IT systems we are able to keep track of multiple simultaneous events.

Our Customer Login Systems

Many of our customer systems are self service, giving the customer the reassurance that everything is in hand and saving the customer a great deal of time managing their booking and communicating their treatment requests.
