What to Expect:
Depending on the time allocated the manicure may include a massage of the hand & arms, cuticle work, cutting and shaping of the nails & the application of polish*. Your nails will have a clean and wonderfully groomed appearance.

Equipment Required:
Manicures can be performed on a standard table with two chairs either side of the table (the manicurist will provide a cover to protect the table). Access to warm water may be required for soaking the nails. The therapist will provide all nail equipment and a range of polish colours.
Room Required:
The manicure can be provided practically anywhere that a table and chairs are available. Adequate lighting is required so the manicurist can see her work.
Recommended Treatment Lengths:
A manicure can be stripped down to its component parts to meet a variety of treatment length requirements. A 5 minute manicure can be a quick arm and hand massage. A 10 minute treatment can include filing and shaping, and 15 minutes is just enough time for a filing and painting (provided the nails are clean and well kept to begin with). We recommend 30 to 45 minutes for a manicure treatment with lasting quality.
Event Suitability:
A manicure is suitable for a whole range of treatments. It can form part of an office pamper day, or an employee fun day. The 5 -15 minute manicures are a very popular treatment for journalists at product launches and PR events and the manicure is a great treatment to accompany the promotion of female oriented goods & services.
