Our Prices
We have set our prices in consideration of paying a fair wage to therapists whilst also offering value for money with respect to wellbeing budgets. Prices vary according to the following factors:
Regularity of wellbeing therapy days
Our pricing decreases in relation to the frequency of treatment days.
Length of treatment day
A full day of therapy treatments is more cost effective than a couple of hours, this is due to the cost and time involved in traveling to events and setting up.
Number of therapists on-site
Price per therapist usually decreases with the number of therapists, however if particularly large number of therapists are booked for one location the price per therapist increases due to the requirement for therapists to travel in from other areas.
Notice given prior to event
Bookings received more than two weeks prior to the event are easier to organise than short notice bookings, we therefore provide a discount for bookings with plenty of notice.
Type of event
Regular office wellbeing events are more cost effective than one off specialist events. Some promotional or PR events can be particularly demanding for therapists and are more complex to organise so our pricing reflects these factors.
Event location
Remote locations may involve additional costs to recognise travel time and expense. Likewise some City Centre events may incur an excess to cover parking or congestion charging.
Type of therapies required
A therapy day involving requiring a multi-skilled therapist may incur additional costs.
Your Industry
We offer slightly discounted pricing to the public sector (e.g. NHS) and small organisations (e.g. less than 50 employees).
Can you supply a free therapy taster day?
We're often asked if we can supply free therapy days based on the future promise regular bookings. We do not provide free treatment days as we feel it undervalues the therapist, their qualifications and professionalism.
