About Us
Take15 is a division of The Pamper Company Ltd. Founded in 2004 we are a UK based nationwide network of mobile professional therapists providing treatments in the workplace, homes, hotels, exhibitions and events.
Launched in August 2009, Take15 replaces our previous brand for workplace therapies 'Professional Pampering'. The main difference with the rebranding is the launch of our unique 'Treatment Booking System' which allows companies to offer a consistent and manageable workplace therapy solution across all of their locations, and makes appointment bookings so much easier as employees can now book their treatments online.
Our holistic approach to customer service
There are several things we do on a daily basis which are all focused around delivering the best customer experience we can provide. Rather than simply focusing on just the usual customer touch points our hope is that good service is the natural outcome from an all round holistic approach to ethical relationships and service.
Developing great relationships with therapists:
Professional therapists are key to delivering a good service so we look after their needs as best we can so they will look after yours. We have always ensured that therapist invoices are paid quickly and that they feel valued as essential members of the team.
Friendly rapport right from the start:
From the first time we speak on the phone we aim to be friendly, flexible and responsive to your needs. Our services are about being pampered and cared for so we take that approach in all of our relationships.
Careful management of customer bookings:
All bookings are managed via a computer system which ensures the availability of information to everyone who is involved in delivering your service.
Dealing effectively with any problems if they do arise:
Mistakes are rare, but if they do occur for whatever reason we will ensure that they are dealt with quickly and to the customer's complete satisfaction.
